Winston Henderson, Principal in Charge, is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture. Winston has more than 25 years of architectural experience. His architectural career includes experience as an associate Architect/Planner with the design subsidiary of Walt Disney Productions in Los Angeles, California. During this period he was involved in the design and planning of numerous entertainment buildings, hotels, townhouses, shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment facilities including Disneyland, Disney World and Tokyo Disneyland. Winston also has extensive experience working on projects for the U.S. Corps of Engineers, U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Forest Service.
Winston Henderson Architects was established in Las Vegas in 1990. He is involved in all levels of the design process and oversees the management of all projects from concept to completion. His involvement ensures the client’s goals and vision for the projects are realized. He emphasizes functionalism, cost effectiveness and sustainable building design. He believes in establishing and maintaining open communications and has a cooperative work attitude with clients. He has extensive experience working with both private and public-sector clients.
